Letter to Parents

Please follow the directions below to register your child for the 1st Communion Sacrament.

Print and fill in the Registration Form, found on our website completely. Parents, please bring the completed registration form to the Registration and Info session, your child is not required to attend this session. Bring your questions or concerns to the Info Session. Also, provide a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate. The fee is $50.00/student.

We have one scheduled date for Registration and Info Session. Friday, February 6th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Church Hall.

1st Communion Sessions. All Catechesis sessions take place in the Hall except for Confessions on Saturday, February 21st which takes place in the Church.

Parents/Guardians will drop their child at the Hall and pick them up for all sessions.

  • Saturday, February 7th: Catechesis in the Church Hall. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) (Group A) & (11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) (Group B)
  • Saturday, February 14th: Catechesis in the Church Hall. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) (Group A) & (11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) (Group B)
  • Saturday, February 21st: Confessions in Church; first come, first serve. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
  • Saturday, February 28th: Catechesis in the Church Hall. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) (Group A) & (11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) (Group B)
  • Saturday, March 7th: Catechesis in the Church Hall. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) (Group A) & (11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) (Group B)
  • Sunday, March 8th: 1st Communion Mass Celebrations are in the Church. (1:00 p.m.) (Group A) & (3:00 p.m.) (Group B)

Kindly refrain from calling the office unless it is absolutely necessary. You are advised to send your email to stleosacraments@gmail.com. Please note that there will be a collection during the offertory at our Sunday Mass Celebrations, as on regular Sunday Masses.

The pastor will consider exceptions in a difficult circumstance, regarding the reception of the sacrament. Please note that there will be one period in which we prepare for First Communion this year.
