PARISH LENTEN POVERTY MEAL
Good home-made soup and fresh bread will be served at our parish’s Lenten Poverty Meal. The idea is to bring our parishioners together for a common simple meal of hearty soup and fresh bread to truly be one with the poor in this time of Lent when God calls us to give alms, which is to say, take care of the needs of the poor. There is no cost to the meal, which will include tea and coffee, but we simply ask for a donation of your choosing which will in turn be given to the poor on all our behalf.
WHEN? Each Friday from 5:00 pm. – 6:15 pm.
WHERE? St. Leo the Great Parish Hall
(Please enter through the Carson Street doors.)
