“A Heart For Mission”

The New Evangelization and You

St. Leo the Great Parish

will be holding a 4-Day Mission/Retreat

for all parishioners

from Sunday to Wednesday

April 6, 7, 8 and 9 at 7 pm.

Our host for the Mission will be

Fr. Paul Nicholson, of the London Diocese.

Fr. Paul Nicholson is a diocesan priest incardinated in the Diocese of London, Ontario, Canada. Fr. Nicholson received his seminary formation from St. Peter’s Seminary in London. Ordained in 1997, by Bishop John Michael Sherlock, Fr. Nicholson has served in various parishes in south-western Ontario. Appointed on July 1st, 2013 by Bishop Ronald Peter Fabbro CSB, Fr. Nicholson has been given the ecclesiastical office of “Missionary Preacher”.  This new office mandates, with the bishop’s blessing, a new effort for the New Evangelization, with new ardor, new methodology, new methods. Offering the traditional parish mission and giving retreats and conferences, Fr. Nicholson is also granted the capacity to work vigorously in the social media and preach daily video homilies.

The Mission will be followed by our

Parish Reconciliation to be held on Thursday April 10th at 7 pm.

with several visiting priests hearing confessions, including Fr. Paul Nicholson.  Save the above dates and plan on attending our Lenten Mission.
